Hi, I am Kara Wilde. I am a Certified Processwork Therapist. I am a 2000 graduate of the Process Work Institute of Portland, Oregon. I have a rich and varied background in Ecology and Massage Therapy. I am Teacher of Processwork and also an artist and I enjoy exploring creativity for self expression to learn to know ourselves more deeply.
I counsel individuals, couples and families on how to build relationships, care for health and body symptoms, and coaching for work vision and direction.
I am originally from Australia. I love nature, art, photography, craft and creativity and finding ways to bring art and dreaming into everyday life.
