In unfolding their process, they accessed a state with their eyes closed. It was a deep experience of being in the dark with stars like the universe and there was nothing to do. They shared how this is so not how they identify on a daily basis. They are always doing and looking and curious and wanting to learn more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It helped us all appreciate those aspects in ourselves. The one part that is always doing and the other detached part that is about being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It makes me think of all the symptoms out there.
