It will also be beneficial for those people who want to help others understand the deeper message inside symptoms using Process Work methodology and philosophy.<\/p>\n<p>Culture teaches us to regard symptoms as something we have to get rid of quickly and \u201dget healthy\u201d again, then go on with life same as before. However recovery from illness or symptom troubles is not sustainable if we don\u2019t integrate the meaning of these experiences whether they be acute or chronic.
